REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Digital products are non-refundable except in cases where the file fails to download or is corrupted upon delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to hello@unionandivyco.com with proof of the technical issue. Union & Ivy Co. reserves the right to first attempt to resolve the issue by resending the file before issuing a refund. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases after the file has been successfully downloaded, or dissatisfaction with content after download.
